Sportwalk to work with Trichy and Madurai TNPL Franchises

It’s our pleasure to announce that Sportwalk is set to work with Ruby Trichy Warriors and Siechem Madurai Panthers for the third edition of Tamil Nadu Premier League which is scheduled to start on July 11, 2018.

Having successfully handled the rebranding of the franchise owned by Ruby Builders from Kanchi to Trichy last year, Sportwalk aims at amplifying the reach of Ruby Trichy Warriors across various digital platforms this year.

Besides working on an exclusive merchandise line for the team, ‘OFF THE FIELD’ – a co-branded video series that aims at bringing the human side of the players into the light is placed at the core of franchise’s social media plans.

“I’m really excited for what Sportwalk has to offer for Ruby Trichy Warriors this season. Kudos to the team for their meticulous work in marketing and keeping RTW as one of the most followed franchises of TNPL.” – told Shyam Kangayan, the CEO of the Trichy franchise.

Siechem Madurai Panthers is the latest entrant to the league and with a young & vibrant management team, the franchise is prepared for the challenge to create a new identity. Sportwalk will be involved in conceptualizing, creating and managing content throughout the season.

“Social media is becoming the bread and butter of everyone’s lives in today’s world. We are glad to be associated with Sportwalk in that front and we feel that our Social Media with their energy will venture to be top notch.” – told Pooja Damodaren, the CEO of the Madurai franchise.

Besides working closely with the two franchises, Sportwalk is set to produce original content for its affiliate platform ‘Team Chennai’ throughout the season.

“TNPL is integral for Sportwalk considering it is about staying connected to the roots. We have been associated with TNPL from the inaugural season and with every season, the involvement has increased. This year, we aim at enhancing the fan experience by producing quality content with hyper-local connect across multiple platforms.” told Divakar KS, the CEO of Sportwalk.
